Jamon Iberico with Manchego cheese, apricot jam, cocoa roasted hazelnuts,
and grilled toast points.
Caprese Puff Pastry
Puff pastry baked with mozzarella, tomato, basil, and balsamic glaze.
Lobster Bites
Tempura lobster bites served with orange chili glaze.

Roasted Beet Salad
Roasted baby beets and goat cheese with arugula, candied pine nuts, red onion,
